These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) govern access to and use of the platform Justica.chThis site is provided by Alibashe Ahmed Business, a company domiciled in the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. By accessing or using our platform, you accept these GTC in their entirety.

2. Purpose of the platform
Justica is an online platform that connects lawyers and clients. It makes it easy to find a qualified lawyer according to your legal needs and location.

3. Registration and use of services
To use certain services on the platform, users (lawyers) must create an account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. User obligations

  • Customers You agree to use the platform only to seek legitimate legal services and to comply with applicable Swiss law.
  • Lawyers You agree to provide complete and truthful information about your experience and qualifications. You are also bound by the ethical rules applicable to your profession.

 

5. Justica's responsibilities
Justica connects users but does not intervene in the contractual relationship between lawyers and clients. Justica guarantees neither the outcome of the legal advice provided, nor the quality of the services rendered by the lawyers.

6. Pricing and services
Registration on the platform is free for clients. Certain advanced features may be subject to a fee for lawyers, depending on the terms and conditions specified at the time of registration.

7. Confidentiality and data protection
Justica undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA). The personal data collected is treated confidentially and is only used to provide the services offered by the platform. For further information, please consult our Privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property
All elements present on the Justica platform (texts, images, logos, software) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of these elements is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability
Justica declines all responsibility in the event of :

  • Non-compliance with lawyers' or clients' obligations.
  • Use of the platform that does not comply with these GCU.
  • Technical breakdowns or temporary interruptions to the platform.

 

10. Modification of the GTCU
Justica reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. Any modification will take effect immediately after its publication on the platform. Users will be informed of any substantial updates.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
