1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of services offered by the platform Justicamanaged by Alibashe Ahmed Business, a company domiciled in Switzerland in the Canton of Fribourg. By purchasing our services, you fully accept these terms and conditions.
2. Purpose of services
Justica offers services to connect lawyers and clients, as well as additional services for registered lawyers (subscriptions, management tools, etc.). These services are described in detail on the platform.
3. Ordering services
The services available on the platform can be subscribed to directly online. When ordering, the user is invited to check the information provided (selection of services, rates, etc.) before validating the transaction. Validation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Prices and payment
Prices for services are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes. Justica reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but services will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.
Payment can be made using any of the payment methods accepted on the platform (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Orders are only confirmed once payment has been confirmed.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
Some services for lawyers are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are renewed tacitly at the end of each period, unless terminated by the user before the expiry date. Cancellation may be effected at any time from the user's personal space.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract for services, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties, provided that the services have not yet been used. To exercise this right, the customer must contact Justica in writing before expiry of the withdrawal period.
7. Service delivery
The services offered by Justica are immaterial and are delivered in the form of online access to specific functionalities or contact with lawyers. Delivery is considered to have taken place as soon as the services have been activated or the email confirming the referral has been sent.
8. User obligations and responsibilities
- Customers You agree to use the services provided by Justica in accordance with Swiss law and these GTC.
- Lawyers You are responsible for the information provided in your profile and for the quality of the legal services you offer. You must also respect the ethical rules in force in your profession.
9. Account cancellation and suspension
Justica reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of non-compliance with these GTC, or in the event of inappropriate behavior. Notification will be sent to the user concerned with the reasons for termination or suspension.
10. Intellectual property
All content, software and elements on the Justica platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited without the prior consent of Justica.
11. Limitation of liability
Justica cannot be held responsible in the event of :
- Misuse of services by users.
- Non-compliance with contractual obligations of lawyers or clients.
- Temporary breakdowns or interruptions of the platform.
12. Data protection
Personal data collected in connection with the use of Justica's services is processed in accordance with the law. Federal Data Protection Act (DPA). For more details, see our Privacy policy.
13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
14. Changes to the GTC
Justica reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes. The modified GTC will take effect immediately after publication on the platform.
